Athletes foot : Sounds like athletes foot which is a common fungus found in locker rooms, by pools, and wet grass. Wash and dry your feet often. Seek professional help for a rx for an antifungal cream.

Athlete's foot?: At your age they are probably the beginning of minor athlete's foot fungal infection. Get antifungal cream & put on sparingly, but consistently 2x per day, itching should stop, but cont. Cream 2 weeks longer. Dry feet well. Disinfect shoes with lysol spray. If spreads go to dr. If doesn't respond go to dr.
