Good question: Usually, pms symptoms occur before your periods. Some women can experience pms like symptoms around their time of ovulation too.. Wait and watch for your periods. Look out for development of any other new symptoms. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet. Take care.
