Not sure.: You can get pregnant on birth control pills. So see your gynecologist and get a serum pregnancy test.

Likely not: As long as you take your pill every day within a 12 hour window , you should be fine regarding the contraceptive effectiveness . However since most pills these days are very low dose, you might get break through bleeding when you take them at very different times during this 12 h window.
