In a female: It is usually related to issues with the urethra, the tube going from the bladder to the outside. There is post void dribbling and leakage with cough and sneeze called stress urinary incontince. It could also be related to a UTI if a new problem? The worst scenario, and not typical, is a neurogenic bladder where the bladder doesn't adequatly empty, then dribbling from "overflow" if prob. Go in.
