Steroids?: That is a low level of amniotic fluid generally called oligohydramnios. Please ask if you are a candidate for steroid injections to speed up the fetal lung development in case delivery has to occur soon. Please also confirm that your amniotioc fluid level will be rechecked in 1-2 days to confirm that it is stable and not getting worse. The chest pain is unrelated and should be evaluated by the doc.
