Virus or allergy: Most likely it's a viral infection if you've had it only a few days. Allergies could also present themselves with similar symptoms. I suggest saline rinse of sinuses, decongestants like sudafed or phenylephrine, and allergy meds line allegra. High dose vitamin c for a few days as well as vitamin d helps boost your immune system. If not better in a few days, see a doctor.
