No: Testing is done to rule other causes of fatigue but there is no specific test for cfs.

Depends: Many things can cause chronic fatigue. Tests can be done for lyme, adrenal fatigue, viral and bacterial co-infections, thyroid, and vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
