I believe i had a allergic reaction to smoking but the after the allergic reaction the lymph node is swollen what does this mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Allergic to smoke: It all depends by what you mean "having an allergic reaction". While tobacco smoke does contain many different chemicals, it is very unusual to have a true ige mediated allergic reaction. It would not be uncommon for a patient to experience chest tightness or difficulty breathing after inhalation or exposure but that does not typically constitute an allergic reaction.
