I have had nausea especially at night, vague abdominal pain and some mild loss of appetite intermittently for a year. is this likley small b lymphoma?

Unlikely bupossible: While all of this symptoms are likely related to benign types of medical issues that are worth checking into, depending upon your age you could have lymphoma. It can present with vague symptoms as u describe, however, common things being common, many many other benign things would explain these symptoms. You need to be seen first by your regular doctor to rule out common causes.

No: There are many reasons one can have these symptoms. Small bowel lymphoma can be one of the reasons, however it is rare. Is it likely, no. It is possible, yes. However there are many other etiologies that can cause these symptoms. I'd suggest seeing a doctor to discuss in more detail further.
