Probably: Prostatitis, and this can be chronic, inter mittant or acute. General doctor first, u/a, trial of antibiotics is common. If persistent, time for urology consult.

Urination: If this is new, it may be due to a blockage, such as from a stone, in your urethra. Generally accompanied by significant pain. If you are not drinking 6-8 glasses of water daily, you may just be urinating less. I recommend a basicurinalysis and kidney function test to allay your concerns.
