Hands Shake: Stress, caffeine or tobacco overuse and, sometimes, certain seizure disorders can be the culprit. Are the sx worse at night? If so, avoid these products late in the day. And is is always wise to try to eliminate stress. Also, hyperthyroidism can be the underlying cause. If the shakes don't go away, it would be best to make an appointment with your doctor and discuss the problem thoroughly.
