Heel Pain: Heel pain has multiple causes....The common one is plantar fasciitis....But, in diabetics an entrapped nerve can be caused by the nerves swelling and becoming entrapped. See a specialist find out the cause. And, then the cure should be on its way.

Diabetic neuropathy: You may be suffering from diabetic neuropathy. Ncv is needed. Treatments include nerve blocks, b vitamins such as metanx, nerve altering meds like Neurontin or lyrica, (pregabalin) or antidepressant agents such as Cymbalta help.
