Relax: Many different thing may upset the menstrual cycle. Stress, change in sleep-wake cycle, change in weight or exercise, or hormonal imbalances ar ejust some of the reasons. If you are not pregnant, and had regular cycles in the past, they may soon return to normal. However, a check-up with your doctor is warranted to verify that nothing worrisome is happening.
