A member asked:

Is it possible to get someone pregnant after prostate removal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: If a man has had his entire prostate removed, the he will not ejaculate and therefore not get anyone pregnant in the traditional way. It might be possible to have sperm harvested from the epididymis by a fertility specialist. If the prostate has been trimmed out (a turp), retrograde ejaculation occurs. Pregnancy would be extremely unlikely, but might be accomplished with assisted reproduction.
