Hard to say: The collar bone connects the arm to the torso. On one side is a joint called the acromioclavicular joint and it can be injured or become arthritic or inflamed. On the other side is the joint between the collar bone and the sternum which can have similar problems as well. You certainly would want to make sure it is not cardia related as well.
