No medical proof: Although there are many websites advertising breast size increase with massage, none are medically proven.Assage may increase breast size temporarily due to swelling. The same is true for the brava system.

Pectoralis Muscles: Best not to waste your money on products that are massaged into the breast that promise an increase in cup size. However, you can increase size of pectoralis muscles which increases chest size (but without change in amount of adipose tissue). Consider pushups, inclined & declined bench press as well as barbell and dumbbell bench presses. Sorry there is no magic.

There's no evidence: That this would provide any benefit in terms of size reduction. Sorry. Weight loss or breast reduction surgery are your best bets.

Sometimes: Breasts are composed of 2 things: fat and glandular tissue. If a woman loses weight overall, the amount of fat in her breasts diminishes also, so her breasts can appear/become smaller.
