Need more history: You need to see your doctor.We need more detailed history as to the location of pain, any history of trauma and if pain is relieved by taking over the counter meds.And you need a thorough physical exam as well to find out what is going on for one month.You may need imaging like xrays or MRI if your doctor feels it is indicated and helpful in management of your back pain.
