Very limited results: While there are some natural ways to whiten teeth, their effects are minimal at best and you may not even see any change. Other than keeping them clean by proper tooth brushing, the only way to get them whiter is to use a bleaching agent. Crest whitestrips are somewhat effective but have many limitations. See a dentist to discuss the better professional methods available.

Significant?: If there is a natural way to significantly whiten teeth that is on the market, all the dental whitening companies would be out of business.

Comprehensive care: Keeping your gums healthy and light pink will give over all whiten appearance of your teeth. Strawberries may have some whitening effects but effects of acids in some so called natural remedies for white teeth can be harmful. Professional teeth whitening with do not harm is well prescribed.

Nothing whitens : Except hydrogen peroxide and its relatives. Using acids to whiten at home is too dangerous and removes valuable enamel. Only whiten with high levels of peroxide at a dentists office with protection for the gums and delicate roots of your teeth. Never trust the non-professional to get it done.

Whitening teeth: Having a professional tooth cleaning is the first step to remove the superficial stains that have collected on your teeth. Using an ultrasonic toothbrush can help to keep the stains from collecting soon. Avoid colas, coffee, teas, red wine, cherries, blue berries and other foods that can stain your teeth. A dentist can provide you with materials that will whiten your teeth more.

Teeth whitening: You can use over the counter products, or other natural ways, however, they are not so effective and/or stable. OTC bleach and whitening tooth paste could be used as a supplement only. A professional teeth whitening without laser, followed by home whitening system with custom trays for the long term effect. You will be very happy with the results.
