Depends on cause...: One's primary care doctor can check for medical causes. If none are found, then one can see a dermatologist, especially one specializing in hair restoration (some treatments: minoxidil, finasteride, hair transplants, ...). Medical causes may include: hormonal problems (low thyroid), seborrhea, alopecia areata, stressful illness. Other causes: genetic male/female pattern baldness, telogen effluvium.

Overall fitness: You're free to try topical minoxidil or ask about surgery. The real he-men take no treatment, shave their heads, double their gym workouts, and embrace their masculinity and genetics. 95% of good looks for a guy is fitness, and since you're already a powerful lover, perhaps you can decide that this is the right choice for you as well. Best wishes.
