A member asked:

Is there any particular way one could live just alone- without any friends (acquaintances are there, ofcourse) or being in a relationship?

That isn't a good idea. After ending a relationship it is common to grieve, but without social support from friends or family or professional help, isolation can lead to depression that can lead to more isolation, and more depression. So talk to your doctor and don't isolate yourself!

Some people are capable of doing this for a period of time because they are on a quest to learn or even to help others. But most of us are better with the warmth and caring of people with whom we have a connection. This is a different kind of quest.
