Multiple causes: You symptoms could have many causes. You will need to see your physician for a clinical examination. Generally it is not a good idea to put things in your ear unless instructed to do so by your doctor.

Stop/get seen: H2O2 turns to water and makes your canal a breeding ground for germs. You are not doing anything good by putting this in your ear. Stop and see someone. The canal may need to be cleaned out under direct exam to find out what if anything is wrong.
