Possibly: If the growths are wart-like it could be hpv but it could also be something harmless and non-std related. There is no blood test for hpv. See a gynecologist. In addition to examining the external genital area (vulva) you should have a complete pelvic exam including a pap smear if this has not been done within the past year.

Possible but..: Sure hpv is one of the many things that could cause growths in the genital area. There are many other things though that are not stds.
