Good abortive: Relpax (eletriptan) has reputation for working when other triptans fail, but other good choices include treximet, frova, zomig nasal spray. Perhaps if frequent headaches, perhaps preventative like depakote, topirimate, or otc butterbur, feverfew, riboflavin, etc.
