Relpax (eletriptan): The smallest recommended dose is 20 mg. If youtake half the dose you might not get the desired effect.

Do not cut in half: The recommended starting dose to treat migraines is 20mg with a maximum of 40mg. There is no guarantee that the relpax (eletriptan) will alleviate your symptoms at the 10mg dosing. Also, in general if a medication is not scored I would ask your pharmacist before cutting.
