Your regular OB shou: Should be able to help u find someone or call acog or go on their web site to try to find someone usually someone at a university med school should be able to do the trans abdo cerclage if that is what u really need.

Cerclage: i would go to a Perinatologist in Houston first of all to determine if a cerclage and in particular, a TA cerclage is indicated in your situation. I'm not aware of anyone in particular in the Houston area that does TA cerclages. The top people in the country that perform TA cerclages are: Dr. Haney in Indianoplis ;Dr. Summerland in Chicago and Dr. Davis in NJ. I'm sure that there are also others.
