One year to 18 mos: Over 85% of couples will conceive with one year to 18 months of trying. If you are having intercourse regularly (2-3 times/week), and you both are in otherwise good heatlh, keep trying. At the one year mark, go see your ob/gyn to begin the evaluation, but know that if there are no obvious issues, you may be recommended to keep trying for another 4-6 months. Good luck!
