Is it okay having this hemrrhoids for about 2yrs due to childbirth?

Yes: Hemorrhoids are quite common and don't necessarily require treatment unless they are causing symptoms. Pregnancy and childbirth is often a precipitant. Fiber diet and good toilet etiquette (avoiding sitting and straining or reading a book) will help. There are other treatments if necessary including creams and banding to remove ones on the inside.

Yes: If the hemorrhoids don't hurt or bleed or cause hygeine problems, leave them alone. Eat a high fiber diet and drink plenty of fluids and both you and your hemorrhoids will live together in harmony for a long time.
