Absolutely...: As with all sexually transmitted diseases, the unwelcome visitor ranges from microscopic (bacteria) to submicroscopic (viruses, e.g. Aids). Condoms are thin rubber/plastic sleeves, essentially never perfect barriers with microscopic to submicroscopic openings, especially with mechanical agitation & additionally never cover everything. Condoms more for anti-pregnancy than disease protection at best.

Not likely : Nothing is impossible but condoms are quite effective at preventing chlamydia. Chlamydia is passed by transmitting fluid from one person to another. Condoms are helpful in prevention of this type of transmission.
