I have a lot of sunspots...how do i treat them?

Confirm diagnosis: After they are confirmed by a dermatologist that they are just sun spots (lentigo), i personally prefer a series of photo facials ipl plus an at home bleaching and sun protection system (i prefer obagi nuderm). Plan on spending $1, 000-2, 000 for all of it and if you stay properly sun protected, it will be worthwhile.

IPL: Ipl or photo facial is effective for removing sun spots. Laser resurfacing and chemical peels are great for this as well. There are also some topical products that will lighten sun spots.
