Nothing specific...: Nothing specifically targets the stomach, or any other part of your body. In order to lose weight you need to cut back on calories and/or burn more calories with exercise. With that, you will lose weight and fat. Problem is, for women especially, the stomach may be the last place to thin out, making it hard to not get frustrated. Focus on a healthy diet and weight goal and the rest will come.
