Neck Tumor: Without more details, it is hard to say. If the tumor is cystic, it might well be a benign branchial cleft cyst. Salivary gland tumors can present at your age, but you are a little young. There are many head and neck tumors that fall into the differential, but many such tumors at your age are cystic or inflammatory benign lesions. You should definitely consult an ENT specialist to be evaluated.
