How is your neck?: Unlikely you hurt both your elbows, or used both your hands so much, you affected muscles in forearms, which leaves your neck as source of pain in both forearms. But, pinched nerves from neck don't typically skip arms (between shoulders and elbows) to only affect forearms. So, need more information.
