It depends: Once we know the cause of the right foot pain, it will be much easier to treat your pain. For example if you have arthritis, an NSAID like Meloxicam may be appropriate. There are many other nsaids available such as naproxen, voltaren , daypro, (oxaprozin) or motrin. However, if you have another type of pain such as neuropathy, a different treatment would be in order.

Need a diagnosis: Meloxicam is a very good NSAID but may not be enough to relieve your pain in the foot. It is important to first make a diagnosis and then provide trweatment. I use Meloxicam as an adjunctive, not primary treatment for foot injuries.
