Focus: People have a hard time focusing for many different reasons. Stress and anxiety can cause a lack of focus. Poor sleep or interrupted sleep (from sleep apnea) can cause problems focusing. So can anemia or thyroid problems. So can depression. It's a large list... Your doctor will likely do a thorough history and exam, and probably get some blood tests. Best of luck!
