My 21m toddler hit his head with a pole in the subway. he didn't cry. he was normal and active after. he vomits that day once then once 4 day later.

ER care: Toddlers often dont show the same concussion symptoms as adults, if there has been vomiting that day and the following it could reflect a more serious concussion - though no individual advice can be given here - these circumstance would sugget not delaying getting medical care even if it means going to an er now.
