I have excessive dry eyes from sjrogrens sydrome.i use eye gel drops w/ no help & wear contacts. i blink so hard i have premature wrinkles below eyes.

Tough disease: This is a tough one to deal with. Sjogren's disease is defined by its dry eye and mouth. Contracts cause more drying by their nature of reducing the permeability of tears. You can add punctal plugs to your regiment, daily preservative free tears and consider Restasis as a medication intervention.

Stop: The contacts. Try punctal plugs and restasis, or, mild steroid drops.
