Incontinence: Sounds like she needs to get checked. If she is have some memory issues--incontinence is more common. There is a condition called normal pressure hydrocephalus that includes these 2 sxs plus gait issues. She needs to start with a urinalysis--but the differentilal concerns are quite broad.
