Who is the Expert: Symptoms are what an individual feels/perceives. Other people, including physicians, cannot feel the symptoms of anyone else. So the expert on your symptoms, regardless the basis, is always you, no one else. If symptoms improve during the day, then responses within you are changing which change the symptoms, day vs. Evening. Such cycling is common, neither right or wrong, but might offer clues.
