Yes: It is still possible. You can have varying degrees of bleeding early in pregnancy and still be pregnant. One thing to always be concerned about is an ectopic or tubal pregnancy, but without pain, it is unlikely at this stage. It is also certainly possible that you had a spontaneous loss. Recommend following up with your doctor.
