Fertility specialist: Assuming your doctor completed all appropriate testing, you have what we would call "unexplained secondary infertility." although we dont know exactly what's wrong, there are multiple options for treatment, including oral medication, injectable medication, and/or procedures like IUI or ivf that should give you a good chance to have another child. Good luck!

Seek REI: A reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist will confirm that your infertility evaluation is complete and normal. If so, you have what's called unexplained infertility. Treatment options that would be available to you would include use of an ovulation induction agent such as Clomid (clomiphene) or gonadotropins with intrauterine insemination or in vitro fertilization.
