Sugar crash: Research studies show that 3 out of 4 migraine sufferers have reactive hypoglycemia, which means that eating sugar causes your body to produce too much Insulin and your blood sugar drops below normal levels, which in turn causes a migraine. The only way to deal with this problem is to avoid sugar.
