Save money: Save money by not buying "supplements" advertised to give health benefits, unless one's doctor specifically recommends the product. Rather than buying juice plus, a person can eat plenty of true vegetables, some fruit (but not too much fruit), and take an inexpensive multivitamin each day. For women, be sure to get enough calcium and vitamin d to keep bones strong.
