Depends: You will not know for sure unless it is examined and x-rayed. However, the elbow & certain bones of the elbow are very unforgiving for a fracture and will usually limit significantly your range of motion in the elbow joint. There may or may not be swelling of sifnificance but there will be pain and limitation. If there is concern, see a pcp, urgent care center, orthopedist or er for exam & f/u.
