In the US there: Are blood banking standards for the frequency of donation. We also have technology for 2unit donations in selected circumstances. Check with your blood center.

Safe 6x/year: Us regulations limit whole blood donation to every 56 days, or 6 times per year. Pheresis (plasma / platelet / component) donors can donate more frequently, but the numbers are counted and regulated for your safety.
