Go see your DR: Common causes of headache are migraine/ spasm of blood vessels in the scalp and tension/muscular strain. Sinus headache has associated colds/congestion and pain on pressing the forehead and cheeks.. Fatigue could be from many causes including lingering infection, lack of sleep, stress, thyroid condition etc. Have yourself examined by your dr. God bless you!
