It depends: Washing hands after contact with potentially contaminated object, things, people is worth doing. Too much of it is not good since it could become an obsession, or may cause dryness and irritation of your skin. Remember that having a strong immune system, and skin having good germs residing in it, normally you won't easily get sick. Don't overthink about this and enjoy life! get out and touch dirt!
