Sleep Hygene: Be consistent when u go to bed and when u wake up, bed is only for sleep and sex not to read a book or to watch tv , and if u don, t sleep in 15-20 minutes don, t toss and turn , stand up and go to the living.Broom and do the task that u need to do, exersize before 4 pm and do not take antsy coffee , or soda after five pm and avoid alcohol at bedtime.
