Limited options: Some surgeons report success with fat transfer to the penis for girth. Despite all the claims of different internet sources there is no way to substantially change the length or girth of your penis. A penile vacuum assist device may be used to maximize the size you do have. Weight loss, pubic fat liposuction and trimming of the pubic hair may enhance the appearance of your natural length.

Live with it: There is no way to make your penis longer in spite of false claims to the contrary. Herbs, diet, hormones and medications don't work. Surgery can be used to divide penile suspensory ligament - this makes penis hang lower, but overall length remains the same plus penile stability is lost. Thus not advisable length of penis is not as functionally important as many men think.

Penis size matters?: I am sorry to hear you are struggling with this question. Size really does seem to matter to us men. To our partners, however, how we use our penis is what matters. You can seek out a good urologist who may give you some stretching techniques or even a process with a pump to try to increase your penis in either length or girth.

Get different parent: There is no way to increase your penis size. It's the genetics you were born with. How about finding a new girl friend and working on improving your self image? It's now about size, it's about how well it functions.

No treatment: There are no medical treatments to enlarge the penis. It is what it is and you'll have to live with it.. Happily, penis size makes no difference in sexual functioning or fertility. Do not be tempted by adverts (online or anywhere else) for treatments to enlarge it. They are all scams and you'll just lose money without any benefit.

Until it's as big as: Until it's as big as it gets, a penis will gradually increase in size for 15-20 years. From one's late teen years, and for about 20 years after that, his penis will be about as big as it gets... only if he stays healthy. That means eating a natural healthy diet, avoiding drugs and alcohol, being healthy so not to need medications, staying happy and interested in relationships and sex, etc...

How big U want ?: You may want to talk with a urologist who "handles" such cases. S/he can give you a referral to a shrink if it an emotional issue or build you a larger one if you are ready for major surgery. By 23 you are done growing, but you can buy lots of things these days. The junk you read on line about vitamins/enlarger tools, etc. are just gimmicks.
