Yes you can: There are medications which are helpful to control symptoms of IC. For frequency and urgency, anticholinergic can help ( oxybutinin, vesicare, (solifenacin) toviaz, etc.). For bladder pain, pentosan polysulfate, dmso, and antidepressent might help.
