my father have like blisters in his arms, hands, wrist and foot, and it itch alot. what it could be?

Could be serious: This could be a serious immunobullous condition and i recommend that your father get to a dermatologist as soon as possible for evaluation and biopsies. There are also many benign things this could be but please get it checked.
